22 months in and timeframe is still the thing I get wrong
Posting this because I searched for it and got nothing useful. Setup: 1.7mg, week 28, injection-site soreness present but not ruining anything. I changed exactly one variable — timeframe — and tracked it for 6 weeks. Result: a difference, but a small one, and well inside what I would call noise if someone else posted…
include timeframe and starting point or it is a brag with no info
The confident tone is doing a lot of work that the evidence is not.
Slight fix: the number was 97.6, not 98.1. Decimal point, but a fairly consequential one.
post the spreadsheet
Yes, exactly this, and it is the bit that took me 58 weeks to accept.
Has anyone actually got this in writing, or is it forum lore at this point?
non-scale victories count, post them
Not convinced. The evidence does not support that reading.
Yeah, text-only removes the comparison.
Week 74 for me and the honest summary is: 40kg down, muscle cramps manageable, and I have thought about food maybe four times today.
Not to be pedantic but milestone and progress are being used interchangeably and they are not interchangeable in real life.
Yeah, text-only removes the comparison.
Yes, exactly this, and it is the bit that took me 96 weeks to accept.
