[Discussion] the small molecule advice in here is 19 years out of date
Trying to settle this properly because the thread from last year went in circles.
The claim: small molecule matters. The counter-claim: it is measurement error. Both sides have been asserting it confidently for about 23 months without either producing anything.
What would actually settle it is 31 people measuring the same thing the same way. I have started; my numbers are below. They lean one way but not strongly enough for me to declare victory.

Maintenance for 10 months now. Weight moves within about 3kg and the dose is a quarter of what it peaked at.
Titration speed is a side-effect dial far more than an efficacy dial.
Not to be pedantic but oral GLP-1 and small molecule are being used interchangeably and they are not interchangeable in real life.
