is it normal to get constipation at week 64
Confession thread, sort of.
I went from 7.5mg to 2.4mg much faster than I should have because the scale had stalled and I got impatient. The stall broke about 10 weeks later, at which point I had no way of knowing whether the dose increase did anything or whether it would have broken anyway.
So now I have sulphur burps I did not need and a data point I cannot interpret. Two lessons in one.
Posting it in the hope that somebody at week 50 reads it before doing the same thing.
best — the order this archive was captured in
This is correct. ATTAIN data is phase 20.
The early fullness was genuinely awful for three weeks and then simply stopped. I know that is not useful information, but it is what happened.
This is the "correlation is mechanism" thing again. You changed three variables at once.
I love that this community will spend 40 comments on a detail. That pedantry is why the numbers here matter.
small molecule, not a peptide, purity discussion is different
Retitled to remove editorialising. Put the evidence in the body.
Water content matters more than people think. If a vial is carrying residual moisture, your "10mg" is not 10mg of peptide.
Yeah, small molecule changes the whole game.
Stalled for 10 weeks, changed nothing, and it started moving again on week 57.
Disagree. What you are describing is consistent with orforglipron, not with what you concluded.
