I've read like six different explainer posts and I'm somehow more confused than when I started. Everyone keeps saying 0.25 "doesn't count" and the real dose is higher up the ladder somewhere. 0.25 counts, it's just not the dose most people stay on. It exists so your gut gets used to the mechanism slowly — less nausea, less chance you quit in week one. Nobody expects it to move the scale much. That's the design, not a malfunction.
