[Results] 47 weeks, 6kg, and beginner was the hard part

Discussion Well Actually ×3 Slow Clap ×1 Cold Box ×2

Long-ish post, sorry. tl;dr at the bottom.

I have been tracking beginner against triglycerides for 23 weeks because I could not find anyone who had. The correlation is weaker than I expected, which is itself mildly interesting given how confidently people link the two in here.

Caveats up front: one person, one lab, one assay, no control, and I changed my training in the middle of it, which was stupid.

tl;dr: probably real, definitely smaller than the threads imply, and not worth reorganising your week around.

Yes, exactly this, and it is the bit that took me 4 weeks to accept.

About c/newbiequestions

The deliberately gentle community. Every question that gets an eye-roll elsewhere lives here: what does titration mean, why do I feel nothing in week two, is this normal, what is bac water, what is a COA. Rudeness is removed faster than bad questions.
