[Results] 96 weeks on 0.25mg, full numbers, ask me anything boring
Right, the week one question again, but with numbers this time.
I have 21 data points over 38 weeks. The pattern is consistent enough that I do not think it is chance, and boring enough that nobody is going to screenshot it, which is usually a good sign.
The thing I would flag for anyone new: the effect I am describing showed up at week 92, not week 46. People give up long before the interesting part.
Interested in whether this matches other people's logs or whether I am an outlier.
best — the order this archive was captured in
Mechanistically the bit that matters is normal. It explains most of the early profile and a decent chunk of the outcome.
Respectfully this is a sample of one presented as a finding.
Week 14 checking in: nothing on the scale, no nausea, wondering if the pen is broken. No, it is just week 14.
Tracking number removed. It identifies both ends of a shipment.
Half-life is about 168 hours, so steady state lands around week 3–5. Practical consequence: what you feel in week 1 is not what that dose does.
This is a good question, genuinely.
Strongly agree. No question is dumb here.
is this normal week 18 — yes, probably
week two nothing happening — yes, that is normal
Rodent data is rodent data. Dose scaling is not linear and the models tell you what to investigate, not what to expect.
The beginner question took me three weeks to understand. Wiki explained it eventually.
The first time question took me three weeks to understand. Wiki explained it eventually.
link the wiki instead of retyping, but politely
week two nothing happening — yes, that is normal
what is a COA — certificate of analysis, document from the lab
Week 9 checking in: nothing on the scale, no nausea, wondering if the pen is broken. No, it is just week 9.
Pens or research vials?
Yeah, that is totally normal for week 15.
what is a COA — certificate of analysis, document from the lab
Yeah, that is totally normal for week 19.
