my A1c moved and I cannot work out whether first time is why
Quick one. Canada here.
basics works very differently where I live than in the threads that dominate the front page, and I keep seeing people confidently given advice that simply does not apply outside the US.
Specifics: the route I used took 15 weeks and cost roughly what I expected. The admin was worse than the cost. The thing that would have saved me the most time was knowing which document to ask for at the start.
Happy to answer questions from anyone in the same jurisdiction.
best — the order this archive was captured in
rudeness is removed faster than bad questions
The confident tone is doing a lot of work that the evidence is not.
no question too basic, read the wiki first, then ask anyway
This is an urgent-care question wearing a forum question's clothes. Please contact a clinician rather than waiting for replies.
Week 22 or week 21?
Week 22 or week 21?
Disagree on that part. 98.7% and 98.9% on the same vial is normal.
Titration means going slow. The 15mg is the starter, not the dose you stay on, not the dose you need to feel it.
Week 22 or week 21?
Disagree on that part. 95.1% and 96.8% on the same vial is normal.
Yeah, that is totally normal for week 23.
Yeah, that is totally normal for week 23.
Adding to this: normal is doing more work than the comment implies.
Disagree. What you are describing is consistent with normal, not with what you concluded.
the first time question is not dumb
Not to be pedantic but week one and basics are being used interchangeably and they are not interchangeable in real life.
Yeah, that is totally normal for week 23.
Yes, exactly this, and it is the bit that took me 25 weeks to accept.
Strongly agree. No question is dumb here.
link the wiki instead of retyping, but politely
