anyone else notice regain kicking in around week 90
Long-ish post, sorry. tl;dr at the bottom. I have been tracking maintenance against eGFR for 35 weeks because I could not find anyone who had. The correlation is weaker than I expected, which is itself mildly interesting given how confidently people link the two in here. Caveats up front: one person, one lab, one…
The plateau is real and boring. 14 weeks at the same weight, then movement again. Patience was the intervention.

food noise returns but not always immediately
Yeah, maintenance is the boring part and the important part.
the lowest dose you can stay on is not the lowest dose that works
state how long you have been at maintenance, week 20 is not maintenance
Dead space in the needle hub holds a small but non-trivial volume. On low-volume draws that can be several units.
lowest effective dose is dose stretching, find it or stay higher
The confident tone is doing a lot of work that the evidence is not.
