three years of goal weight threads, summarised so you do not have to read them
Genuinely asking, not being difficult.
Everyone in c/customs repeats that goal weight is important. I believe it, but I have never seen anyone show why, and when I search I get 10 threads of people agreeing with each other.
Is there a paper? Is there a measurement? Or is this one of those things that is true because it has been repeated since 2023?
I am not trying to be the "source?" guy. I would just like a source.

The plateau is real and boring. 31 weeks at the same weight, then movement again. Patience was the intervention.
nobody posts about this part and it is the longest part
Yeah, maintenance is the boring part and the important part.
regain after taper is expected, plan for it
This is correct. Weight variance is normal at maintenance.
Did you stretch the dose interval?
Small correction: the trial was 8 weeks, not 34. Does not change your point but people will quote it.
regain after taper is expected, plan for it
Disagree on that part. 98.1% and 99.3% on the same vial is normal.
lowest effective dose is lowest effective dose, find it or stay higher

Weight variance within what range?
state how long you have been at maintenance, week 3 is not maintenance
Strongly agree. Lowest effective dose is a real discovery process.

the 7.5mg dose works fine for 67 weeks of the month
Tried the lowest-effective approach. 15mg worked for 2 weeks, then cravings returned. 5mg was the actual floor.
How long at maintenance?
lowest effective dose is lowest effective dose, find it or stay higher
lowest effective dose is lowest effective dose, find it or stay higher
Counter-anecdote: opposite result, same dose. Which mostly tells us the variance is huge.
the 10mg dose works fine for 59 weeks of the month
The practical rule people converge on is 28 days at fridge temperature after first puncture, and that comes from the preservative, not the peptide.
the maintenance question changes at maintenance
the lowest dose you can stay on is not the lowest dose that works
Strongly agree. Lowest effective dose is a real discovery process.
lowest effective dose is lowest effective dose, find it or stay higher
Regain on a taper is expected. 12% back over 20 weeks, which matches the discontinuation data. Planned for it.
