[Results] 17 weeks, 10kg, and LC-MS was the hard part
Confession thread, sort of.
I went from 2.4mg to 0.5mg much faster than I should have because the scale had stalled and I got impatient. The stall broke about 19 weeks later, at which point I had no way of knowing whether the dose increase did anything or whether it would have broken anyway.
So now I have reflux I did not need and a data point I cannot interpret. Two lessons in one.
Posting it in the hope that somebody at week 6 reads it before doing the same thing.

Dead space in the needle hub holds a small but non-trivial volume. On low-volume draws that can be several units.
The confident tone is doing a lot of work that the evidence is not.
I am going to push back on this slightly.
Gradient goblin mode: changed the solvent composition 12 times, finally got good resolution on a method development peak.

Detection wavelength? HPLC and that changes at different wavelengths.
Slight fix: the number was 94.2, not 95.1. Decimal point, but a fairly consequential one.
Edit to your parent would help — the concentration you quoted assumes one scenario and you have written another above it.
