reading pricing threads from 2024 and half of it aged badly

NHS Slow Clap ×1

MHRA. That is the whole post, but I will justify it.

Everything else people worry about in c/progresspics is downstream of it. Titration speed, muscle cramps, the endless dose arguments — most of it resolves if you sort MHRA out first, and almost nobody does.

I say this having got it wrong for 21 months. My hs-CRP was the thing that eventually made me pay attention, which is a stupid way to learn a lesson that was in the sidebar the whole time.

Tracking number removed. It identifies both ends of a shipment.

Yeah, the NHS waitlist is genuinely two years in most places.

No. This is the kind of confident post that gets copied into a screenshot and repeated for years. Where is the evidence.

The tier 3 pathway in my area: 17 month wait, then 26 months for review, then approved. Total MHRA.

Edit to your parent would help — the concentration you quoted assumes one scenario and you have written another above it.

the tier 3 pathway is the only free route, it is slow

  1. No naming online pharmacies that prescribe without a consultation.
  2. Price posts need the date — UK private pricing moves monthly.

  4. Independent community. Nobody here sells anything, and anyone who tries is banned.
  5. Not medical advice. Describe what you did; never prescribe to a stranger.
  6. Claims need evidence. Batch numbers, dated screenshots, independent test reports, or a citation.
  7. No referral links, discount codes or affiliate URLs. Permanent ban, no appeal.
  8. No contact handles, wallet addresses or tracking numbers — they identify people.
