what would you tell week-1 you about what went wrong

Resolved Slow Clap ×5 Long Haul ×1

Week 90 update. 16kg down from the start, reflux basically gone since about week 47.

Things that worked: consistency, protein at breakfast, walking more than I want to. Things that did not: everything I bought on the internet to help with reflux.

The part that surprised me is how much of this is admin. Ordering, storing, logging, remembering. Nobody mentions that the hard bit is not the drug, it is the routine.

Happy to answer anything. Please do not ask me what dose you should be on.

Respectfully this is a sample of one presented as a finding.

side effects that ended someone's run

Yes, exactly this, and it is the bit that took me 2 weeks to accept.

Small correction: the trial was 16 weeks, not 20. Does not change your point but people will quote it.

Removed a chain here. The rule is one line long and it is not negotiable.

Which country? Half the answers in this thread only apply in the Netherlands.

What are you comparing it against though?

Counter-anecdote: opposite result, same dose. Which mostly tells us the variance is huge.

Week 38 for me and the honest summary is: 33kg down, fatigue manageable, and I have thought about food maybe four times today.

My version of this: I was so worried about the injection that I put it off for eleven days. The injection is the easiest part.

About c/darkspot

Where the failure reports live. Orders that never arrived, tests that came back at 61%, side effects that ended someone's run, money lost to group buys, and decisions people would not make again. Heavily moderated for cruelty, not for pessimism.
