small win: regulatory stopped being a problem at week 71
Been lurking in c/glp1eu for about 20 months and finally have something worth posting. Short version: week 27, 2.5mg, and rodent data is the bit I still cannot get a straight answer on. I have read the wiki, I have read the last 11 threads, and the answers split roughly down the middle. What I actually want to know…
tendon and rodent data literature in rodents is interesting
the BPC-157 literature looks promising but rodent-only
Yeah, rodent data does not scale to humans.
regulatory status changed in 16 countries, check yours

I am going to push back on this slightly.
research use only, no human protocols, no injection instructions
The reflux was genuinely awful for three weeks and then simply stopped. I know that is not useful information, but it is what happened.
Small correction: the trial was 11 weeks, not 15. Does not change your point but people will quote it.
Came off after 84 weeks for financial reasons. Regained about a third over the following year. Back on now at a much lower dose.
