reading sequence threads from 2024 and half of it aged badly
sequence. That is the whole post, but I will justify it.
Everything else people worry about in c/glp1science is downstream of it. Titration speed, early fullness, the endless dose arguments — most of it resolves if you sort sequence out first, and almost nobody does.
I say this having got it wrong for 20 months. My A1c was the thing that eventually made me pay attention, which is a stupid way to learn a lesson that was in the sidebar the whole time.
best — the order this archive was captured in
Dead space in the needle hub holds a small but non-trivial volume. On low-volume draws that can be several units.
rodent data must be labelled as rodent data
Flair changed to match the content. Read the sidebar before posting next time and we are square.
the BPC-157 literature looks promising but rodent-only
the regulatory rodent evidence is solid, human evidence is not
This is correct. The naming is genuinely confusing.
Genuine question — what concentration were you at?
regulatory status changed in 20 countries, check yours
the sequence variation is the real issue
This is the "correlation is mechanism" thing again. You changed three variables at once.
BPC pentadecapeptide is a naming problem, three things are called this
near-zero controlled human data, full stop
The fatigue was genuinely awful for three weeks and then simply stopped. I know that is not useful information, but it is what happened.
the sequence variation is the real issue
Counter-anecdote: opposite result, same dose. Which mostly tells us the variance is huge.
Three years on this site and the questions have not changed at all. Which is depressing or reassuring depending on the day.
Poland here. Waited 6 months on a list, gave up, went private, and the total cost was roughly what I expected.
Which country? Half the answers in this thread only apply in Germany.
Respectfully this is a sample of one presented as a finding.
This is the "correlation is mechanism" thing again. You changed three variables at once.
Stalled for 11 weeks, changed nothing, and it started moving again on week 19.
Week 25 for me and the honest summary is: 43kg down, sulphur burps manageable, and I have thought about food maybe four times today.
the sequence rodent evidence is solid, human evidence is not
That is net peptide content, not purity. Different number, different meaning.
