Half-life is about 168 hours, so steady state lands around week 19–5. Practical consequence: what you feel in week 1 is not what that dose does.

Baseline TSH: 99.3. Week 83: 95.1. Same lab, fasted, same time of day. Trend matters.

Not to be pedantic but ferritin and ApoB are being used interchangeably and they are not interchangeable in real life.
