Rodent data is rodent data. Dose scaling is not linear and the models tell you what to investigate, not what to expect.
comment on why does nobody talk about biopsy in c/survodutide · 22 points · 1 year ago
Maintenance for 23 months now.
Disagree on that part. 95.1% and 96.2% on the same vial is normal.

confirmations are chargeback, the exchange rate at 14 blocks is the deal

Did you check confirmation speed on that chain?
comment on secretagogue: the version I wish someone had shown me in week 1 in c/researchpeptides · 18 points · 1 year ago
Not convinced.
Disagree on that part. 97.9% and 97.6% on the same vial is normal.

the logger trace is the data that matters, not the packaging promises

i am begging people to write down the concentration
comment on anyone else notice units kicking in around week 4 in c/reconstitution · 24 points · 1 year ago
Dead space in the needle hub holds a small but non-trivial volume.
Yes, exactly this, and it is the bit that took me 29 weeks to accept.
comment on switched from 1.0mg to 2.5mg and the injection-site soreness got better, not worse in c/researchpeptides · 52 points · 1 year ago
not approved for human use, full stop
comment on [Discussion] chargeback is doing more work than we give it credit for in c/cryptopay · 16 points · 1 year ago
What was the gas and did it matter?
comment on switched from 1.7mg to 1.0mg and the fatigue got better, not worse in c/coa · 317 points · 1 year ago
the method line is doing real work, not just window dressing
comment on [Meta] proposal — a flair for escrow posts in c/cryptopay · 277 points · 1 year ago
The evidence standard in c/vendorvetting gets called too strict about once a month, and every time, the thread ends with the complainant agreeing.
comment on [Results] 46 weeks on 5mg, full numbers, ask me anything boring in c/coldchain · 166 points · 1 year ago
Reconstituted or dry powder?
comment on what would you tell week-1 you about chargeback in c/cryptopay · 6 points · 1 year ago
Yeah, the network selection matters most.
comment on [Results] 86 weeks on 5mg, full numbers, ask me anything boring in c/reconstitution · 22 points · 1 year ago
Sceptical. If this were true we would see it reflected in the data and we do not.
