Baseline TSH: 99.3. Week 83: 95.1. Same lab, fasted, same time of day. Trend matters.

This is correct. ApoB is the better marker.

comment on [PSA] COA is not what most of this community thinks it is in c/coa · 0 points · 1 year ago

Inter-lab variance on this kind of assay is routinely 1–2 points. Different column, different gradient, different integration.

Not to be pedantic but state board and 503A are being used interchangeably and they are not interchangeable in real life.

Mechanistically the bit that matters is fertility. It explains most of the early profile and a decent chunk of the outcome.

Rodent data is rodent data. Dose scaling is not linear and the models tell you what to investigate, not what to expect.

Edit to your parent would help — the concentration you quoted assumes one scenario and you have written another above it.

Which country? Half the answers in this thread only apply in France.

Not convinced. The evidence does not support that reading.

The constipation was genuinely awful for three weeks and then simply stopped. I know that is not useful information, but it is what happened.

Slight fix: the number was 96.8, not 99.1. Decimal point, but a fairly consequential one.
