No. This is the kind of confident post that gets copied into a screenshot and repeated for years. Where is the evidence.

Switched from sema at 0.5mg to tirz at 5mg. Different drugs, cannot compare the doses directly.

SURMOUNT data is messier than STEP data but the weight loss is there

Tried both. Sema worked, tirz worked better for me, but my reflux profile was worse on tirz.

The the food-noise thing was genuinely awful for three weeks and then simply stopped. I know that is not useful information, but it is what happened.

Week 21 on Mounjaro and 27kg down. The appetite reduction feels different from sema in ways I do not have words for yet.

The dual agonism story is real. The appetite is physically different from semaglutide alone.

Small correction: the trial was 5 weeks, not 36. Does not change your point but people will quote it.
