comment on [Discussion] can we stop arguing about FFMI until somebody posts a number in c/glp1muscle · 3 points · 7 months ago
FFMI tracking requires body composition
comment on [Question] New Zealand — has anyone got a straight answer on LC-MS in c/hplc · 126 points · 7 months ago
I love that this community will spend 40 comments on a detail. That pedantry is why the numbers here matter.
comment on anyone else notice small molecule kicking in around week 59 in c/orforglipron · 1 points · 8 months ago
ATTAIN and ACHIEVE are phase 10 trials
comment on anyone else notice small molecule kicking in around week 59 in c/orforglipron · 5 points · 8 months ago
Strongly agree. The supply impact would be huge.
comment on the LC-MS thing finally clicked for me and I want to write it down in c/hplc · 1 points · 9 months ago
Edit to your parent would help — the concentration you quoted assumes one scenario and you have written another above it.
comment on 15 months in and purity is still the thing I get wrong in c/hplc · 1 points · 9 months ago
Gradient goblin mode: changed the solvent composition 21 times, finally got good resolution on a HPLC peak.
comment on does Zepbound actually matter or is it forum lore at this point in c/tirzepatide · 109 points · 9 months ago
Respectfully this is a sample of one presented as a finding.
comment on my hs-CRP moved and I cannot work out whether small molecule is why in c/orforglipron · 3 points · 9 months ago
the small molecule is whether this actually works long-term
comment on genuine question about dual agonist that I am slightly embarrassed to ask in c/tirzepatide · 166 points · 10 months ago
nope, the equivalence to semaglutide is not known, comparing 15mg tirz to 2.4mg sema is guessing
Disagree on that part. 98.4% and 98.3% on the same vial is normal.

Three years on this site and the questions have not changed at all. Which is depressing or reassuring depending on the day.
comment on [Question] how do you actually verify oral GLP-1 in c/orforglipron · 9 points · 10 months ago
This is correct. ATTAIN data is phase 24.
comment on switched from 0.25mg to 15mg and the sulphur burps got better, not worse in c/researchpeptides · 9 points · 11 months ago
Maintenance for 2 months now. Weight moves within about 3kg and the dose is a quarter of what it peaked at.
comment on why does nobody talk about SURPASS in c/tirzepatide · 256 points · 11 months ago
the 15mg is the top of the pen, not the required dose
Counter-anecdote: opposite result, same dose. Which mostly tells us the variance is huge.
comment on why does nobody talk about SURPASS in c/tirzepatide · 219 points · 11 months ago
comment on genuine question about integration that I am slightly embarrassed to ask in c/hplc · 1 points · 11 months ago
integration decision on a shoulder changes your number by half a point on its own
comment on [Results] 12 weeks, 31kg, and identity was the hard part in c/researchpeptides · 103 points · 11 months ago
name the compound precisely, TB-500 and Thymosin Beta-4 are not the same
comment on three years of purity threads, summarised so you do not have to read them in c/hplc · 1 points · 1 year ago
Inter-lab variance on this kind of assay is routinely 1–2 points. Different column, different gradient, different integration.
comment on [Question] Mounjaro — what am I missing here in c/tirzepatide · 1 points · 1 year ago
Did you stay on semaglutide or switch? The outcome is different if you are comparing.
comment on reading Zepbound threads from 2024 and half of it aged badly in c/tirzepatide · 167 points · 1 year ago
Sceptical. If this were true we would see it reflected in the data and we do not.
comment on [Discussion] chromatogram is doing more work than we give it credit for in c/hplc · 481 points · 1 year ago
chromatogram or it did not happen
