comment on phase 2 — my 12-week log, condensed into one table in c/retatrutide · 1 points · 1 year ago
the glucagon component changes the side effect profile, not just the efficacy
comment on what would you tell week-1 you about constipation in c/sideeffects · 4 points · 1 year ago
Strongly agree. Describe your dose, your week number, and your titration speed or nobody can help.
comment on why does nobody talk about dose escalation in c/retatrutide · 15 points · 1 year ago
Dose escalation on retatrutide is steeper and faster than on semaglutide. Do not assume the titration patterns transfer.
comment on three years of heart rate threads, summarised so you do not have to read them in c/sideeffects · 86 points · 1 year ago
Strongly agree. Describe your dose, your week number, and your titration speed or nobody can help.
comment on what would you tell week-1 you about reimbursement in c/glp1eu · 21 points · 1 year ago
Strongly agree. Pricing is local.
comment on triple agonist — 9 things I got wrong before I got it right in c/retatrutide · 0 points · 1 year ago
TRIUMPH data is phase 2, not phase 3, smaller n and shorter
comment on [Vendor] WXT order #14 — France, 7 days, no drama, receipts inside in c/sideeffects · 63 points · 1 year ago

The confident tone is doing a lot of work that the evidence is not.
comment on [Lab] SSA BPC — Medutest came back 97.4% against a claimed 98.3% in c/glp1science · 3 points · 1 year ago
Yeah, the incretin mechanism is doing the work here.
comment on handling is the most under-discussed thing in c/progresspics in c/researchpeptides · 3 points · 1 year ago
purity and identity are two questions
comment on my TSH moved and I cannot work out whether receptor is why in c/glp1science · 1 points · 1 year ago
mechanistic speculation is welcome if flaired as speculation
comment on TB-500 — 10 things I got wrong before I got it right in c/researchpeptides · 12 points · 1 year ago
No. This is the kind of confident post that gets copied into a screenshot and repeated for years. Where is the evidence.
comment on switched from 2.5mg to 10mg and the early fullness got better, not worse in c/retatrutide · 184 points · 1 year ago
research use only, handling and analysis, not protocols
comment on [Results] 7 weeks, 26kg, and mechanism was the hard part in c/glp1science · 60 points · 1 year ago
amylin is not GLP-1, posts conflating them get corrected
Adding to this: receptor is doing more work than the comment implies.
comment on [Vendor] QST order #13 — Spain, 39 days, no drama, receipts inside in c/researchpeptides · 53 points · 1 year ago
evidence-level statements required: in vitro, rodent, or human
comment on [Results] 67 weeks, 40kg, and hair loss was the hard part in c/sideeffects · 94 points · 1 year ago
resting heart rate moved up 16 bpm and settled back down when I stopped escalating
comment on small win: satiety stopped being a problem at week 25 in c/cagrilintide · 26 points · 1 year ago
CagriSema ratios in trials are fixed, do not extrapolate self-mixing
comment on my eGFR moved and I cannot work out whether mechanism is why in c/glp1science · -6 points · 1 year ago
receptor distribution matters, GLP-1 is not everywhere
comment on small win: fatigue stopped being a problem at week 6 in c/sideeffects · 41 points · 2 years ago
I am going to push back on this slightly.
comment on does retatrutide actually matter or is it forum lore at this point in c/retatrutide · 594 points · 2 years ago
The heart rate signal in TRIUMPH is real and concerning. Higher doses had higher mean HR changes.
