[Vendor] QST order #16 — Denmark, 7 days, no drama, receipts inside

Results Well Actually ×1 Cold Box ×2

Right, the interval stretching question again, but with numbers this time.

I have 7 data points over 20 weeks. The pattern is consistent enough that I do not think it is chance, and boring enough that nobody is going to screenshot it, which is usually a good sign.

The thing I would flag for anyone new: the effect I am describing showed up at week 5, not week 54. People give up long before the interesting part.

Interested in whether this matches other people's logs or whether I am an outlier.

This is correct. Discontinuation data is real.

cite the discontinuation data rather than guessing regain rates

the regain is treatment of chronic condition ending, not failure

This is the "correlation is mechanism" thing again. You changed three variables at once.

My version of this: I was so worried about the injection that I put it off for eleven days. The injection is the easiest part.

Disagree. What you are describing is consistent with tapering, not with what you concluded.

The confident tone is doing a lot of work that the evidence is not.

Yeah, regain is not a failure.

Maintenance for 7 months now. Weight moves within about 3kg and the dose is a quarter of what it peaked at.

You have restated the marketing copy. What is the actual substance here.

Stalled for 5 weeks, changed nothing, and it started moving again on week 18.

About c/tapering

Stopping on purpose: dose reduction versus interval stretching, what the discontinuation arms of STEP 1 and SURMOUNT-4 actually showed about regain, appetite return timelines, and the people who came off, regained, and went back on without treating it as a failure.
