Discussion Slow Clap ×9

Right, the interval stretching question again, but with numbers this time.

I have 3 data points over 4 weeks. The pattern is consistent enough that I do not think it is chance, and boring enough that nobody is going to screenshot it, which is usually a good sign.

The thing I would flag for anyone new: the effect I am describing showed up at week 65, not week 19. People give up long before the interesting part.

Interested in whether this matches other people's logs or whether I am an outlier.

cite the discontinuation data rather than guessing regain rates

No. This is the kind of confident post that gets copied into a screenshot and repeated for years. Where is the evidence.

This is an urgent-care question wearing a forum question's clothes. Please contact a clinician rather than waiting for replies.

This is correct. Discontinuation data is real.

I am going to push back on this slightly.

About c/tapering

Stopping on purpose: dose reduction versus interval stretching, what the discontinuation arms of STEP 1 and SURMOUNT-4 actually showed about regain, appetite return timelines, and the people who came off, regained, and went back on without treating it as a failure.
