[Discussion] we are measuring nausea at the wrong time and calling it noise

Discussion Clean Column ×7 Slow Clap ×3

Been lurking in c/t2dglp1 for about 15 months and finally have something worth posting.

Short version: week 68, 2.4mg, and fatigue is the bit I still cannot get a straight answer on. I have read the wiki, I have read the last 33 threads, and the answers split roughly down the middle.

What I actually want to know is whether the people saying it does not matter have measured it, or whether it is just repeated confidently. Happy to be told I am overthinking this — I probably am — but I would rather overthink it now than at week 62.

Same experience. Week 29 and it simply stopped. I know that is not useful information but it is what happened.

How many weeks in are you? 11 weeks is noise, 34 weeks is a trend.

Water content matters more than people think. If a vial is carrying residual moisture, your "10mg" is not 10mg of peptide.

My injection-site soreness was worst at 5mg and better at 2.5mg, which makes no sense but it is real.

Adding to this: fatigue is doing more work than the comment implies.

Every time this gets posted it hits the front page and every time someone has to re-explain it.

Strongly agree. Describe your dose, your week number, and your titration speed or nobody can help.

Has anything else changed? Sleep, food, protein, anything?

Are you on a pen or research vial? The formulation changes the profile.

I am going to push back on this slightly.

Is that before or after you stabilized your constipation?

About c/sideeffects

Side-effect experience and management, with a strong bias toward the ones that are common and boring (nausea, constipation, reflux, fatigue, sulphur burps) and a hard line on the ones that are not (severe abdominal pain, persistent vomiting, jaundice, vision changes). This community is not a substitute for urgent care and the mods will say so bluntly.

  1. Severe or escalating abdominal pain is an urgent-care question, not a forum question. We will lock those threads with a pointer to help.
  2. Describe your dose, your week number and your titration speed — otherwise nobody can help.
  3. No diagnosing strangers. Share what happened to you.
  4. Independent community. Nobody here sells anything, and anyone who tries is banned.
  5. Not medical advice. Describe what you did; never prescribe to a stranger.
  6. Claims need evidence. Batch numbers, dated screenshots, independent test reports, or a citation.
  7. No referral links, discount codes or affiliate URLs. Permanent ban, no appeal.
