fatigue: what the trials say vs what this community says

Discussion Long Haul ×5 Cold Box ×3

Been lurking in c/progresspics for about 9 months and finally have something worth posting.

Short version: week 30, 2.4mg, and heart rate is the bit I still cannot get a straight answer on. I have read the wiki, I have read the last 7 threads, and the answers split roughly down the middle.

What I actually want to know is whether the people saying it does not matter have measured it, or whether it is just repeated confidently. Happy to be told I am overthinking this — I probably am — but I would rather overthink it now than at week 36.

This is correct. The constipation is horrible for three weeks and then just ends.

The constipation passes. I kept a log and the timeline was the only useful thing. 7 weeks and it was basically gone.

Retitled to remove editorialising. Put the evidence in the body.

That is net peptide content, not purity. Different number, different meaning.

the food-noise thing stops around week 89 for most people

The fatigue was genuinely awful for three weeks and then simply stopped. Week 77 me did not think I would make it to week 34.

Counter-anecdote: opposite result, same dose. Which mostly tells us the variance is huge.

Half-life is about 168 hours, so steady state lands around week 2–5. Practical consequence: what you feel in week 1 is not what that dose does.

IANAD and neither is anyone upvoting this

Same experience. Week 70 and it simply stopped. I know that is not useful information but it is what happened.

Water content matters more than people think. If a vial is carrying residual moisture, your "10mg" is not 10mg of peptide.

sulphur burps are disgusting but not dangerous, 19 weeks and they stopped

Rodent data is rodent data. Dose scaling is not linear and the models tell you what to investigate, not what to expect.

About c/sideeffects

Side-effect experience and management, with a strong bias toward the ones that are common and boring (nausea, constipation, reflux, fatigue, sulphur burps) and a hard line on the ones that are not (severe abdominal pain, persistent vomiting, jaundice, vision changes). This community is not a substitute for urgent care and the mods will say so bluntly.
