23 months in and heart rate is still the thing I get wrong
Genuinely asking, not being difficult.
Everyone in c/darkspot repeats that heart rate is important. I believe it, but I have never seen anyone show why, and when I search I get 11 threads of people agreeing with each other.
Is there a paper? Is there a measurement? Or is this one of those things that is true because it has been repeated since 2023?
I am not trying to be the "source?" guy. I would just like a source.

Yes, exactly this, and it is the bit that took me 80 weeks to accept.

Yeah, the the food-noise thing hit on day 5 for me too, not day 1.

Half-life is about 168 hours, so steady state lands around week 8–5. Practical consequence: what you feel in week 1 is not what that dose does.

Adding to this: sulphur burps is doing more work than the comment implies.
resting heart rate moved up 12 bpm and settled back down when I stopped escalating
Not convinced. The evidence does not support that reading.

Resting heart rate up 23 bpm from baseline, settled back down once I stopped escalating. Tracked daily so I am confident.
Not to be pedantic but gallbladder and fatigue are being used interchangeably and they are not interchangeable in real life.

Disagree on that part. 97.4% and 97.9% on the same vial is normal.
sulphur burps are disgusting but not dangerous, 8 weeks and they stopped
The early fullness was genuinely awful for three weeks and then simply stopped. Week 32 me did not think I would make it to week 81.

I am going to push back on this slightly.
the the food-noise thing passes. i promise. not medical advice.
Retitled to remove editorialising. Put the evidence in the body.
This is correct. The constipation is horrible for three weeks and then just ends.
Inter-lab variance on this kind of assay is routinely 1–2 points. Different column, different gradient, different integration.
