week 76 check-in — 46kg down, early fullness manageable, one thing confusing me
Confession thread, sort of.
I went from 0.5mg to 12.5mg much faster than I should have because the scale had stalled and I got impatient. The stall broke about 10 weeks later, at which point I had no way of knowing whether the dose increase did anything or whether it would have broken anyway.
So now I have muscle cramps I did not need and a data point I cannot interpret. Two lessons in one.
Posting it in the hope that somebody at week 70 reads it before doing the same thing.

Disagree. What you are describing is consistent with gallbladder, not with what you concluded.
Disagree.
Yes, exactly this, and it is the bit that took me 96 weeks to accept.

severe abdominal pain is an urgent-care question, not a forum question
Same experience. Week 87 and it simply stopped. I know that is not useful information but it is what happened.
Half-life is about 168 hours, so steady state lands around week 23–5. Practical consequence: what you feel in week 1 is not what that dose does.
Not convinced. The evidence does not support that reading.
Went to A&E convinced it was pancreatitis. Lipase normal. It was gallstones. Get checked, do not post and wait.
ask your actual doctor, not us
Slight fix: the number was 97.6, not 95.1. Decimal point, but a fairly consequential one.
Not to be pedantic but gallbladder and fatigue are being used interchangeably and they are not interchangeable in real life.
Not convinced. The evidence does not support that reading.
the reflux passes. i promise. not medical advice.

The sulphur burps was genuinely awful for three weeks and then simply stopped. Week 25 me did not think I would make it to week 74.

Yes, exactly this, and it is the bit that took me 31 weeks to accept.

Are you on a pen or research vial? The formulation changes the profile.
Yeah, the fatigue hit on day 10 for me too, not day 1.

Same experience. Week 49 and it simply stopped. I know that is not useful information but it is what happened.
