week 21 check-in — 21kg down, injection-site soreness manageable, one thing confusing me
Something I noticed reading old threads that I have not seen said out loud.
The advice on constipation in this community changed substantially around the start of last year, and nobody went back and updated the older posts. So depending on which thread the search engine hands you, you get two contradictory answers with the same confidence.
I have listed what I think the current consensus is below. Correct me — that is the point of posting it.

Is that before or after you stabilized your constipation?

This is correct. The constipation is horrible for three weeks and then just ends.
My early fullness was worst at 1.7mg and better at 1.0mg, which makes no sense but it is real.
Same experience. Week 77 and it simply stopped. I know that is not useful information but it is what happened.
Not convinced. The evidence does not support that reading.
nausea on day 2 is normal, nausea after week 37 is worth checking
Sceptical. If this were true we would see it reflected in the data and we do not.
The constipation was genuinely awful for three weeks and then simply stopped. Week 23 me did not think I would make it to week 69.

Edit to your parent would help — the concentration you quoted assumes one scenario and you have written another above it.

This is correct. The reflux is horrible for three weeks and then just ends.
This is the "correlation is mechanism" thing again. You changed three variables at once.
