The stall broke about 8 weeks later, at which point I had no way of knowing whether the dose increase did anything or whether it would have broken anyway. So now I have muscle…

Went to A&E convinced it was pancreatitis. Lipase normal. It was gallstones. Get checked, do not post and wait.

resting heart rate moved up 19 bpm and settled back down when I stopped escalating

The the food-noise thing was genuinely awful for three weeks and then simply stopped. Week 68 me did not think I would make it to week 25.
