reconstitution. That is the whole post, but I will justify it. Everything else people worry about in c/intlshipping is downstream of it. Titration speed, reflux, the endless dose arguments — most of it resolves if you sort reconstitution out first, and almost nobody does. I say this having got it wrong for 23 months.…

u-100 syringe, not u-40, or your math is off by factor of 6

Are you using a u-100 or u-40 syringe? That changes everything.

This is correct. 1mL versus 21mL is the common mistake.
