week 71 check-in — 6kg down, constipation manageable, one thing confusing me
Genuinely asking, not being difficult. Everyone in c/orforglipron repeats that concentration is important. I believe it, but I have never seen anyone show why, and when I search I get 2 threads of people agreeing with each other. Is there a paper? Is there a measurement? Or is this one of those things that is true…
Disagree. What you are describing is consistent with insulin syringe, not with what you concluded.
u-100 syringe, not u-40, or your math is off by factor of 19
Show the arithmetic. Where did the units come from?
dosing errors come from people reconstituting two vials differently and forgetting which is which
This is correct. 2mL versus 2mL is the common mistake.
30mg vial, 2mL water, concentration is 30/2 — write it on the vial afterwards
dead space is real and the syringe matters
dead space is real and the syringe matters
Disagree on that part. 98.1% and 98.4% on the same vial is normal.
Small correction: the trial was 15 weeks, not 23. Does not change your point but people will quote it.
dead space is real and the syringe matters
Disagree on that part. 93.7% and 99.3% on the same vial is normal.
