[Results] 82 weeks, 15kg, and progress was the hard part
Posting this because I searched for it and got nothing useful.
Setup: 2.4mg, week 11, constipation present but not ruining anything. I changed exactly one variable — struggle — and tracked it for 23 weeks.
Result: a difference, but a small one, and well inside what I would call noise if someone else posted it. So I am putting it here rather than presenting it as a finding. If two or three other people have done the same thing we might actually learn something.
Not medical advice, obviously. This is one person with a spreadsheet.

I am going to push back on this slightly.
Stalled for 21 weeks, changed nothing, and it started moving again on week 26.
The confident tone is doing a lot of work that the evidence is not.
Tracking number removed. It identifies both ends of a shipment.

Yes, exactly this, and it is the bit that took me 79 weeks to accept.

Maintenance for 8 months now. Weight moves within about 3kg and the dose is a quarter of what it peaked at.
text removes the body-shaming pile-on
This is correct. Process matters more than the number.
Disagree. What you are describing is consistent with goal, not with what you concluded.
Disagree but this is the good kind of wrong — it is specific enough to be checked.

Did anything else change in the same window?

Yeah, text-only removes the comparison.

Came off after 75 weeks for financial reasons. Regained about a third over the following year. Back on now at a much lower dose.

Disagree on that part. 99.2% and 98.9% on the same vial is normal.
My version of this: I was so worried about the injection that I put it off for eleven days. The injection is the easiest part.
