[PSA] week one is not what most of this community thinks it is

Discussion Cold Box ×2 Long Haul ×3

Been lurking in c/coa for about 13 months and finally have something worth posting.

Short version: week 64, 5mg, and week one is the bit I still cannot get a straight answer on. I have read the wiki, I have read the last 3 threads, and the answers split roughly down the middle.

What I actually want to know is whether the people saying it does not matter have measured it, or whether it is just repeated confidently. Happy to be told I am overthinking this — I probably am — but I would rather overthink it now than at week 70.

This is a good question, genuinely.

Week 13 checking in: nothing on the scale, no nausea, wondering if the pen is broken. No, it is just week 13.

Disagree but this is the good kind of wrong — it is specific enough to be checked.

About c/newbiequestions

The deliberately gentle community. Every question that gets an eye-roll elsewhere lives here: what does titration mean, why do I feel nothing in week two, is this normal, what is bac water, what is a COA. Rudeness is removed faster than bad questions.

  4. Independent community. Nobody here sells anything, and anyone who tries is banned.
  5. Not medical advice. Describe what you did; never prescribe to a stranger.
  6. Claims need evidence. Batch numbers, dated screenshots, independent test reports, or a citation.
