the disclosure thing finally clicked for me and I want to write it down

Discussion Clean Column ×9

Right, the rules question again, but with numbers this time.

I have 21 data points over 26 weeks. The pattern is consistent enough that I do not think it is chance, and boring enough that nobody is going to screenshot it, which is usually a good sign.

The thing I would flag for anyone new: the effect I am describing showed up at week 80, not week 34. People give up long before the interesting part.

Interested in whether this matches other people's logs or whether I am an outlier.

Genuine question — what concentration were you at?

Three years on this site and the questions have not changed at all. Which is depressing or reassuring depending on the day.

Yeah, the evidence standard works.

Yeah, the evidence standard works.

Yes, exactly this, and it is the bit that took me 9 weeks to accept.

Not convinced. The evidence does not support that reading.

My version of this: I was so worried about the injection that I put it off for eleven days. The injection is the easiest part.

Which country? Half the answers in this thread only apply in France.

Half-life is about 168 hours, so steady state lands around week 3–5. Practical consequence: what you feel in week 1 is not what that dose does.

Not to be pedantic but disclosure and meta are being used interchangeably and they are not interchangeable in real life.

Slight fix: the number was 99.0, not 98.9. Decimal point, but a fairly consequential one.

Maintenance for 4 months now. Weight moves within about 3kg and the dose is a quarter of what it peaked at.

c/meta rules
  1. Moderation appeals go through modmail first; Meta is for policy, not individual cases.
  2. Rule-change proposals need a concrete wording suggestion.
  3. Sponsor and disclosure questions are always answered publicly.
  4. Independent community. Nobody here sells anything, and anyone who tries is banned.
  5. Not medical advice. Describe what you did; never prescribe to a stranger.
  6. Claims need evidence. Batch numbers, dated screenshots, independent test reports, or a citation.
  7. No referral links, discount codes or affiliate URLs. Permanent ban, no appeal.
  8. No contact handles, wallet addresses or tracking numbers — they identify people.
  9. Be recognisably decent. Disagree hard, insult nobody.
