my eGFR moved and I cannot work out whether moderation is why

Announcement Receipts ×4

Trying to settle this properly because the thread from last year went in circles.

The claim: moderation matters. The counter-claim: it is measurement error. Both sides have been asserting it confidently for about 11 months without either producing anything.

What would actually settle it is 23 people measuring the same thing the same way. I have started; my numbers are below. They lean one way but not strongly enough for me to declare victory.

If you have data, post the data. If you have an opinion, flair it as an opinion.

Second this question. I have wondered about meta for 22 months and never seen a straight answer.

Week 33 for me and the honest summary is: 34kg down, reflux manageable, and I have thought about food maybe four times today.

The practical rule people converge on is 28 days at fridge temperature after first puncture, and that comes from the preservative, not the peptide.

Respectfully this is a sample of one presented as a finding.

My version of this: I was so worried about the injection that I put it off for eleven days. The injection is the easiest part.

Which country? Half the answers in this thread only apply in the Netherlands.

Has anyone actually got this in writing, or is it forum lore at this point?

c/meta rules
  1. Moderation appeals go through modmail first; Meta is for policy, not individual cases.
  2. Rule-change proposals need a concrete wording suggestion.
  3. Sponsor and disclosure questions are always answered publicly.
  4. Independent community. Nobody here sells anything, and anyone who tries is banned.
  5. Not medical advice. Describe what you did; never prescribe to a stranger.
  6. Claims need evidence. Batch numbers, dated screenshots, independent test reports, or a citation.
  7. No referral links, discount codes or affiliate URLs. Permanent ban, no appeal.
  8. No contact handles, wallet addresses or tracking numbers — they identify people.
  9. Be recognisably decent. Disagree hard, insult nobody.
Moderators
Volunteers. Unpaid, unaffiliated, and reachable through modmail only.
