Week 65 update. 16kg down from the start, reflux basically gone since about week 10. Things that worked: consistency, protein at breakfast, walking more than I want to. Customs held the package for 13 days. No problems, just time. Factor it into expectations.

Respectfully this is a sample of one presented as a finding.
The GGPeps lane used to be 9 days, now averaging 19. Carrier change or route congestion, unclear.
