week 41 check-in — 31kg down, muscle cramps manageable, one thing confusing me
Confession thread, sort of.
I went from 1.7mg to 0.25mg much faster than I should have because the scale had stalled and I got impatient. The stall broke about 16 weeks later, at which point I had no way of knowing whether the dose increase did anything or whether it would have broken anyway.
So now I have reflux I did not need and a data point I cannot interpret. Two lessons in one.
Posting it in the hope that somebody at week 15 reads it before doing the same thing.
best — the order this archive was captured in
Tracking number removed. It identifies both ends of a shipment.
Which lane and which carrier?
Small correction: the trial was 15 weeks, not 22. Does not change your point but people will quote it.
That is net peptide content, not purity. Different number, different meaning.

JEEP ships from Denmark, arrival is 7 to 38 days on average
QST Australia to Australia: 18 days with QST shipping, 30 days with customs. No drama.
packaging quality matters on the 2-hour segments
the reship outcome is data worth posting
no tracking numbers, no full addresses, no label photos — instant removal
Respectfully this is a sample of one presented as a finding.
DHL was 17 days door-to-door but shipping. EMS took 21 days but cheaper and fine.
Customs held the package for 12 days. No problems, just time. Factor it into expectations.
Customs held the package for 12 days.
Yes, exactly this, and it is the bit that took me 22 weeks to accept.
Disagree. What you are describing is consistent with DHL, not with what you concluded.
Strongly agree. Customs adds unpredictable delay.

DHL is faster but lane, EMS is slower but cheaper
No. This is the kind of confident post that gets copied into a screenshot and repeated for years. Where is the evidence.
Yeah, the lane data is more useful than single reports.
Not to be pedantic but carrier and packaging are being used interchangeably and they are not interchangeable in real life.
Sceptical. If this were true we would see it reflected in the data and we do not.
Crossposting this to c/glp1muscle because the people who need it are not reading this community.
You have restated the marketing copy. What is the actual substance here.
the lane table is community-maintained, EMS changes
