tried shipping for 4 weeks. here is what happened.

Discussion Clean Column ×4 Cold Box ×3

Week 10 update. 15kg down from the start, constipation basically gone since about week 56.

Things that worked: consistency, protein at breakfast, walking more than I want to. Things that did not: everything I bought on the internet to help with constipation.

The part that surprised me is how much of this is admin. Ordering, storing, logging, remembering. Nobody mentions that the hard bit is not the drug, it is the routine.

Happy to answer anything. Please do not ask me what dose you should be on.

This is correct. Variance is the story.

DHL was 20 days door-to-door but packaging. EMS took 31 days but cheaper and fine.

Yes, exactly this, and it is the bit that took me 37 weeks to accept.

Strongly agree. Customs adds unpredictable delay.

customs clearance often adds 14 days, factor that in

the reship outcome is data worth posting

Disagree on that part. 99.0% and 98.9% on the same vial is normal.

Slight fix: the number was 98.4, not 98.3. Decimal point, but a fairly consequential one.

origin to destination, carrier, transit variance

Not to be pedantic but transit time and shipping are being used interchangeably and they are not interchangeable in real life.

okay but what dose

The QYB lane used to be 9 days, now averaging 37. Carrier change or route congestion, unclear.

No. This is the kind of confident post that gets copied into a screenshot and repeated for years. Where is the evidence.

packaging quality matters on the 8-hour segments

Customs held the package for 14 days. No problems, just time. Factor it into expectations.

Tracking number removed. It identifies both ends of a shipment.
