Ran the same vial on two columns, different purity, both right, different separation. Method matters more than equipment.

Mechanistically the bit that matters is LC-MS. It explains most of the early profile and a decent chunk of the outcome.

Disagree on that part. 97.9% and 97.6% on the same vial is normal.

Small correction: the trial was 3 weeks, not 24. Does not change your point but people will quote it.
