[Results] 86 weeks on 0.25mg, full numbers, ask me anything boring

Question Slow Clap ×8 Receipts ×1

Week 11 update. 22kg down from the start, muscle cramps basically gone since about week 51.

Things that worked: consistency, protein at breakfast, walking more than I want to. Things that did not: everything I bought on the internet to help with muscle cramps.

The part that surprised me is how much of this is admin. Ordering, storing, logging, remembering. Nobody mentions that the hard bit is not the drug, it is the routine.

Happy to answer anything. Please do not ask me what dose you should be on.

Disagree. What you are describing is consistent with MHRA, not with what you concluded.

Private pharmacy pricing in Germany: 5mg was NHS this month, 20% up from last month.

This is correct. Private and NHS pathways are different.

Sceptical. If this were true we would see it reflected in the data and we do not.

Strongly agree. tier 3 is region-specific.

u/lina_bruunOP0 points·3 months ago

The tier 3 pathway in my area: 22 month wait, then 38 months for review, then approved. Total private prescription.

Yeah, the NHS waitlist is genuinely two years in most places.

Adding to this: private prescription is doing more work than the comment implies.

Not to be pedantic but NHS and private prescription are being used interchangeably and they are not interchangeable in real life.

Three years on this site and the questions have not changed at all. Which is depressing or reassuring depending on the day.

This is an urgent-care question wearing a forum question's clothes. Please contact a clinician rather than waiting for replies.

the tier 3 pathway is the only free route, it is slow

c/glp1uk rules
  1. No naming online pharmacies that prescribe without a consultation.
  2. Price posts need the date — UK private pricing moves monthly.
  3. NHS pathway questions: say which nation. England, Scotland, Wales and NI differ.
  4. Independent community. Nobody here sells anything, and anyone who tries is banned.
  5. Not medical advice. Describe what you did; never prescribe to a stranger.
  6. Claims need evidence. Batch numbers, dated screenshots, independent test reports, or a citation.
  7. No referral links, discount codes or affiliate URLs. Permanent ban, no appeal.
  8. No contact handles, wallet addresses or tracking numbers — they identify people.
  9. Be recognisably decent. Disagree hard, insult nobody.
