4 months in and Canada is still the thing I get wrong
Posting this because I searched for it and got nothing useful.
Setup: 2.5mg, week 82, constipation present but not ruining anything. I changed exactly one variable — special authorization — and tracked it for 19 weeks.
Result: a difference, but a small one, and well inside what I would call noise if someone else posted it. So I am putting it here rather than presenting it as a finding. If two or three other people have done the same thing we might actually learn something.

Mechanistically the bit that matters is formulary. It explains most of the early profile and a decent chunk of the outcome.
My version of this: I was so worried about the injection that I put it off for eleven days. The injection is the easiest part.

The confident tone is doing a lot of work that the evidence is not.
Small correction: the trial was 20 weeks, not 25. Does not change your point but people will quote it.
