[Discussion] province is doing more work than we give it credit for

formulary. That is the whole post, but I will justify it.

Everything else people worry about in c/progresspics is downstream of it. Titration speed, early fullness, the endless dose arguments — most of it resolves if you sort formulary out first, and almost nobody does.

I say this having got it wrong for 24 months. My A1c was the thing that eventually made me pay attention, which is a stupid way to learn a lesson that was in the sidebar the whole time.

Water content matters more than people think. If a vial is carrying residual moisture, your "10mg" is not 10mg of peptide.

Half-life is about 168 hours, so steady state lands around week 21–5. Practical consequence: what you feel in week 1 is not what that dose does.

This is correct. Name your province.

Disagree. What you are describing is consistent with special authorization, not with what you concluded.

Not convinced. The evidence does not support that reading.

Three years on this site and the questions have not changed at all. Which is depressing or reassuring depending on the day.

cross-border pricing arbitrage is private plan but risky

Inter-lab variance on this kind of assay is routinely 1–2 points. Different column, different gradient, different integration.

Week 15 for me and the honest summary is: 27kg down, sulphur burps manageable, and I have thought about food maybe four times today.

This is the "correlation is mechanism" thing again. You changed three variables at once.

Strongly agree. Provincial variation is real.
