[Question] how do you actually verify below spec
Week 7 update. 43kg down from the start, reflux basically gone since about week 59.
Things that worked: consistency, protein at breakfast, walking more than I want to. Things that did not: everything I bought on the internet to help with reflux.
The part that surprised me is how much of this is admin. Ordering, storing, logging, remembering. Nobody mentions that the hard bit is not the drug, it is the routine.
Happy to answer anything. Please do not ask me what dose you should be on.

Yes, exactly this, and it is the bit that took me 83 weeks to accept.
Week 77 for me and the honest summary is: 5kg down, muscle cramps manageable, and I have thought about food maybe four times today.
This is correct. Evidence still required.

Disagree on that part. 97.4% and 97.6% on the same vial is normal.
Sceptical. If this were true we would see it reflected in the data and we do not.

Yes, exactly this, and it is the bit that took me 51 weeks to accept.
The thing nobody prepared me for was the quiet. Not the appetite, the quiet. The constant negotiation in my head about food just stopped.
