The single most useful thing I did was write the concentration on the vial. Stopped all the confusion after that.

Dead space ate 15 units on a low-volume draw. Tiny impact at 0.5mg, massive impact at 0.25mg.

dead space is real and the syringe matters
Yes, exactly this, and it is the bit that took me 93 weeks to accept.

dosing errors come from people reconstituting two vials differently and forgetting which is which

the concentration on the vial in marker is the most important step
comment on stalled for 8 weeks at 2.4mg and I refuse to panic this time in c/sideeffects · 1.4k points · 1 year ago
Yeah, the reflux hit on day 23 for me too, not day 1.
comment on [Vendor] WXT order #13 — the Netherlands, 15 days, no drama, receipts inside in c/tapering · 132 points · 1 year ago
Mechanistically the bit that matters is regain. It explains most of the early profile and a decent chunk of the outcome.

nausea on day 2 is normal, nausea after week 57 is worth checking

comment on [Meta] the gallbladder rule is doing its job and people should stop complaining in c/sideeffects · 2 points · 1 year ago
Not to be pedantic but constipation and hair loss are being used interchangeably and they are not interchangeable in real life.
comment on small win: fatigue stopped being a problem at week 6 in c/sideeffects · 1 points · 2 years ago
Strongly agree. Describe your dose, your week number, and your titration speed or nobody can help.
comment on does first time actually matter or is it forum lore at this point in c/newbiequestions · 0 points · 2 years ago
what is titration — it means going slow on the escalation
comment on ATTAIN: the version I wish someone had shown me in week 1 in c/orforglipron · -26 points · 2 years ago
Water content matters more than people think. If a vial is carrying residual moisture, your "10mg" is not 10mg of peptide.

early fullness at 1.7mg is different from 0.25mg

Week 24 or week 22?
comment on [Question] how do you actually verify normal in c/newbiequestions · 31 points · 2 years ago
Strongly agree. No question is dumb here.

Are you on a pen or vial?

Cored the stopper on my 5th draw because I kept using the same entry point. Rotate the puncture site.
