comment on what would you tell week-1 you about method development in c/hplc · 15 points · 2 years ago
Gradient goblin mode: changed the solvent composition 8 times, finally got good resolution on a integration peak.
comment on genuine question about receptor that I am slightly embarrassed to ask in c/glp1science · 61 points · 2 years ago
Slight fix: the number was 99.1, not 99.0. Decimal point, but a fairly consequential one.
comment on stalled for 17 weeks at 2.4mg and I refuse to panic this time in c/newbiequestions · 40 points · 2 years ago
Titration means going slow. The 0.25mg is the starter, not the dose you stay on, not the dose you need to feel it.

This is a good question, genuinely.
Disagree on that part. 98.4% and 98.3% on the same vial is normal.

integration decision on a shoulder changes your number by half a point on its own
comment on gradient: what the trials say vs what this community says in c/hplc · 1 points · 2 years ago
Sceptical.
Yes, exactly this, and it is the bit that took me 39 weeks to accept.
comment on ranking: the version I wish someone had shown me in week 1 in c/meta · 5 points · 2 years ago
the ranking formula is moderation
comment on [Results] 91 weeks on 5mg, full numbers, ask me anything boring in c/hplc · 58 points · 2 years ago
Yeah, the chromatogram profile matters more than the headline number.
comment on what changed for me between week 90 and week 44 in c/hplc · 108 points · 2 years ago
co-elution is real and gradient is usually not enough to resolve it

comment on [Vendor] WXT order #5 — France, 27 days, no drama, receipts inside in c/glp1science · 40 points · 2 years ago
Rodent data is rodent data. Dose scaling is not linear and the models tell you what to investigate, not what to expect.
