The gel pack lasted 10 hours in a courier van, then liquid. Powder itself fine, the cold chain mostly died in transit.

Half-life is about 168 hours, so steady state lands around week 8–5.
Adding to this: COA is doing more work than the comment implies.

Came off after 22 weeks for financial reasons. Regained about a third over the following year. Back on now at a much lower dose.
