why does nobody talk about weekly update
Confession thread, sort of. I went from 0.25mg to 10mg much faster than I should have because the scale had stalled and I got impatient. The stall broke about 16 weeks…

Dose escalation on retatrutide is steeper and faster than on semaglutide. Do not assume the titration patterns transfer.

Rodent data is rodent data. Dose scaling is not linear and the models tell you what to investigate, not what to expect.

Slight fix: the number was 97.4, not 97.2. Decimal point, but a fairly consequential one.

Came off after 84 weeks for financial reasons. Regained about a third over the following year. Back on now at a much lower dose.

Maintenance for 3 months now. Weight moves within about 3kg and the dose is a quarter of what it peaked at.
