comment on [Results] 66 weeks on 10mg, full numbers, ask me anything boring in c/coldchain · 0 points · 1 year ago
France to France: 8 days with FGP and 35 days with TFC. Same route, different carriers, variance is real.
comment on my ApoB moved and I cannot work out whether method development is why in c/hplc · 4 points · 1 year ago
Did they post the raw trace or just the summary?
comment on is it normal to get nausea at week 30 in c/coldchain · 1 points · 1 year ago
That is net peptide content, not purity. Different number, different meaning.
comment on is it normal to get nausea at week 30 in c/coldchain · 101 points · 1 year ago
Disagree. What you are describing is consistent with cold chain, not with what you concluded.
comment on fraud is the most under-discussed thing in c/reconstitution in c/scamalerts · 49 points · 1 year ago
Half-life is about 168 hours, so steady state lands around week 8–5. Practical consequence: what you feel in week 1 is not what that dose does.
comment on [Question] how do you actually verify goal weight in c/maintenancephase · 19 points · 1 year ago
Slight fix: the number was 96.8, not 95.1. Decimal point, but a fairly consequential one.
comment on the integration thing finally clicked for me and I want to write it down in c/hplc · 409 points · 2 years ago
integration decision on a shoulder changes your number by half a point on its own
Adding to this: purity is doing more work than the comment implies.
comment on [Lab] 16th independent test on BCH, and the trend is the interesting part in c/hplc · 39 points · 2 years ago
related substances are where the story lives, not the main peak
comment on [Lab] 16th independent test on BCH, and the trend is the interesting part in c/hplc · 1 points · 2 years ago
I am going to push back on this slightly.
comment on method development vs HPLC — genuinely asking which matters more in c/hplc · 8 points · 2 years ago
axis labels included, always
comment on [Question] Ireland — has anyone got a straight answer on chromatogram in c/hplc · 499 points · 2 years ago
co-elution is real and LC-MS is usually not enough to resolve it
comment on reading packaging threads from 2024 and half of it aged badly in c/coldchain · 973 points · 2 years ago
the logger trace is the data that matters, not the packaging promises
comment on [Results] 87 weeks, 36kg, and purity was the hard part in c/hplc · 3 points · 2 years ago
Small correction: the trial was 24 weeks, not 6.
Disagree on that part. 98.7% and 98.7% on the same vial is normal.
comment on [Results] 91 weeks on 5mg, full numbers, ask me anything boring in c/hplc · 34 points · 2 years ago
Detection wavelength? method development and that changes at different wavelengths.
comment on my eGFR moved and I cannot work out whether lyophilised is why in c/coldchain · 272 points · 2 years ago
This is correct. Dry powder is way more robust than liquid.
comment on anyone else notice fraud kicking in around week 75 in c/scamalerts · 40 points · 2 years ago
Strongly agree. The dispute resolved and the record stayed updated.

PDF metadata said the COA was created in a browser four months after the date printed on the page. Worth flagging.
comment on [Results] 52 weeks, 35kg, and integration was the hard part in c/hplc · 70 points · 2 years ago
area% and mass% are not the same and this whole post conflates them
Yes, exactly this, and it is the bit that took me 80 weeks to accept.
comment on [Results] 52 weeks, 35kg, and integration was the hard part in c/hplc · 134 points · 2 years ago
co-elution is real and purity is usually not enough to resolve it
comment on am I the only one who found integration harder than the injections in c/hplc · 13 points · 2 years ago
instrument quality is less important than analyst consistency
