comment on small win: Ozempic stopped being a problem at week 70 in c/semaglutide · 457 points · 1 year ago

the 2.4mg dose is not the target, it is just what the pen goes up to

comment on genuine question about external review that I am slightly embarrassed to ask in c/insurancefights · 91 points · 2 years ago

Denied for prior auth, resubmitted with step therapy documentation, approved on appeal.

Disagree on that part. 97.9% and 97.6% on the same vial is normal.

do not suggest misrepresenting a diagnosis, that is fraud

Inter-lab variance on this kind of assay is routinely 1–2 points. Different column, different gradient, different integration.

My version of this: I was so worried about the injection that I put it off for eleven days. The injection is the easiest part.

Went up because the scale stalled, not because I needed to. Do not be me. The stall broke on its own at the higher dose.

Strongly agree.

Disagree on that part. 97.4% and 96.2% on the same vial is normal.

Did you get step therapy or outright denial?

comment on [Results] 51 weeks on 0.25mg, full numbers, ask me anything boring in c/semaglutide · 451 points · 2 years ago

Hard agree. Week 8 me needed this. Week 86 me is nodding smugly.
