Posting this because I searched for it and got nothing useful. Setup: 2.4mg, week 4, constipation present but not ruining anything. Australia here. Waited 17 months on a list, gave up, went private, and the total cost was roughly what I expected.

The fatigue was genuinely awful for three weeks and then simply stopped. I know that is not useful information, but it is what happened.
