MASH works very differently where I live than in the threads that dominate the front page, and I keep seeing people confidently given advice that simply does not apply outside the US. The fatigue was genuinely awful for three weeks and then simply stopped. I know that is not useful information, but it is what happened.

Slight fix: the number was 97.6, not 97.4. Decimal point, but a fairly consequential one.
